Additionally, Len served as a Member of the Board of Trustees of CompCare (non-profit behavioral health care provider) (1994 to 2000); named 2004 National Volunteer of the Year by the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity; Court of Honor Chairman, Bergen County National Eagle Scout Association and Scoutmaster Troop 105 Little Ferry (1987 to 1990); Member of the Little Ferry Board of Adjustment (1985 to 1986); and Member of the Paralegal Program Advisory Board, Berkeley College of Business (1995 to 2005).
Len earned a B.S. degree in English Literature from Seton Hall University, South Orange NJ. While an undergrad, he founded Seton Hall’s Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, which he has served as Chapter Advisor (2001 to 2005); as Regional Governor he counseled chapters located in New York and New Jersey (2005 to 2006); and Alumni Advisory Board as an officer and member (1983 to present).
An alumnus of Seton Hall Law School located in Newark NJ, Len was editor of Res Ipsa Loquitur, the law school newspaper. During Law School, he founded the Seton Hall Real Estate Forum and won first place honors in the Appellate Tax Moot Court Competition for best written brief and best oral argument.
Len is licensed in the Courts of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and is also admitted to the roster of New Jersey Civil Mediators.
